Redevco and the project partners

At Redevco, we believe in the power of cities. As a European real estate manager, we focus on repurposing existing buildings, especially in urban areas.

Our mission? We aim to create sustainable value and enrich communities through transformative real estate.

Since 1999, we have been active in Belgium. Initially, we took over sites that formed the portfolio of the GIB IMMO Group: GB, Brico, Inno, Auto5, DiSport, Lunch Garden, etc.

Redevco is one of the main private investors in the Belgian real estate market, with a portfolio comprising 77 sites and 1,000,000 m2 of buildings, harmoniously distributed throughout Belgium, located both in city centers and on the outskirts.

Redevco’s portfolio notably includes sites such as Inno Rue Neuve, retail parks like Waterloo Rich’L, Waterloo Bix, Shopping Hognoul, The Leaf Shopping Ternat, Drogenbos Cascade, Shopping MZ Mechelen, Schoten, Carrefour Cours St Michel in Etterbeek…

Since 2005, our activity has also included the (re)development of these sites. Initial projects were 100% retail-focused but have become increasingly mixed-use over the years.

Redevco has a long-term vision and acts as the owner of the sites it manages. This notion is fundamental because it implies that our neighbors and public partners today will also be ours tomorrow.

Redevco always ensures it surrounds itself with a strong team of professional consultants for its projects. For this specific project, the following firms are supporting us:
